REFUNDS


    SHIPPING

      PRODUCTS & RESTOCK

      • All glitters measured by weight not volume.
      • GLITTER SHAKERS  
        • Most glitters come in a 60 ml or 100 ml shakers - see individually product listing
        • Shaped glitter and Bro Chips™ come in plastic zip lock baggies
        • Mica powders and glow powders come in a 30 ml jar.
      • GLITTER COLORS  
        • Glitter colors may slightly vary due to manufacturing
        • Most photos of the glitters are taken outside in the sunlight and/or in a PhotoBox LED lighting. 
        • Some colors may vary, depending on the camera used, screen/device, and the material of the products. 
        • Please note that all glitters are package at the same location, occasionally a speck of another color can be mixed with the products.
      • RESTOCK  
        • We try to keep all items in stock as much as possible but most items are restocked within a month  
        • We highly suggest signing up for the "Alert Me Restock Notification" for each item you are waiting for. We do use the restock alert to make sure highly requested items are restocked first
        • Silicone mold restock can vary and some items may not be restocked 
      • DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED
        • We try to make sure every order is correct but sometimes an incorrect order will be shipped. 
        • If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at help@glittersmatter.com so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible. 
          • Please also include multiple photos.
          • Glitters Matter will allow up to seven (7) days upon delivery to report any product/order issue including defects, damage, or missing items. 
          • Any request after 7 days of delivery will be automatically denied by our claims team.

        GLITTERS MATTER GIFT CARDS

        • Looking for the right gift?  Gift a gift card and let them do the shopping! 
        • Gift cards expire one year from purchase date.
        • Gift cards are automatically sent to your email.

          GLITTERS MATTER ACCOUNTS

          • Create an online account  to access all your order in one place
          • If you forget your password to your account, let us know and we can send you a password reset your password
          • We can not combine multiple accounts (emails)
          • Download the mobile app Shop.app to track all your shipped packages.
          • Your account is automatically enrolled in our Loyalty REWARDS MATTER program.
           

          REWARDS MATTER PROGRAM

          • Your account is automatically enrolled in our Loyalty REWARDS MATTER program when you sign up for an online account
          • You can access your rewards through your online account.  All rewards are sent to your registered email.
          • Program can change and update at any time without notice
          • Earn more REWARD POINTS for different actions, and turn those REWARD POINTS into awesome rewards!
          • Give your friends a reward and claim your own when they make a purchase.

            • This program will be phased out in the future and changed to a different format.
